A refreshing poolside escape

The staff demonstrated really good kindness, particularly with our early check-in.

The room's floor was consistently sticky, which detracted from our comfort. We were disappointed by the salty shower water, a challenge to adjust to. Mosquitoes also made evenings a bit bothersome, somewhat cutting into our enjoyment.

We had an incredible 4 nights stay. The pool was amazing, the staff was nice and courteous. The breakfast had a huge variety of selection, the food was great. Location: the hotel was close enough to the center of the island, and all restaurants, bars and necessary shops. And it's not very far from Rosniyom Restaurant, ate there once or twice.

Plenty of outstanding options for meal.

The pool access was just unreal, feels like you're in a proper paradise, and the staff were super friendly, always ready to help out. Can't forget the awesome breakfasts with a decent spread!

Just a heads up, the rooms had a bit of a weird smell when we got in, not the best first impression.

The venue was nice and simple, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was stunning near to all local food and coffee shops are, the main beach and Koh Phi Phi. The whole experience was incredible.

The location is perfect, right by the beach, and the staff is amazin. The beautiful room was comfy with pool access and we loved chillin by the pool. It was really nice and quiet, perfect for relaxin with the fam. Definitely a plus that the resort looks wow from the outside.

The breakfast was poor and a bit dirty, not what we expected. The beds were too hard for my back and not very comfy.

The location was fantastic, with the beach and kayak rentals just a stone's throw away. My teens loved the long pool, perfect for swimming laps! The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast options had something for everyone, great for our big family.

My kids wished the gym opened earlier than 8am.

Location nailed it. Just a minute from the harbour, perfect when arriving with a toddler. The two pools were a highlight, especially for the little one-they felt safe and inviting. Enjoyed breakfast right by the beach, picturesque and relaxing. The room offered ample space, with a lovely view of the larger pool from the balcony. The mattress felt a bit too hard for my preference was good. Staff were fantastic, showering my boy with attention. We'd gladly return, just a bit more comfortable at night would be ideal.

Free Wi-Fi in lobby was great, but the gym opened too late. Staff super friendly!

The poolside area was like a serene oasis with its fine views and easy access for seniors. The clean and elegant surroundings made lounging by the water a joy. It was a good escape for relaxation.

A softer mattress would enhance sleep comfort.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and local shops. The staff were warm and cute.

The nighttime noise from nearby bars made it tough to sleep on some nights.
